Hi,
For a few number of concurrent users you can use Distributed Testing feature: https://support.smartbear.com/articles/testcomplete/distributed-testing-tutorial/
For bigger number of users look at another tool like LoadComplete

Actually I haven't used Load Complete yet, so could you please provide more details around it.
Do we have to write script for creating users in the Load Complete?
