Test Complete is crashing after I select created xml checkpoints in the project, and sometimes when running test and the checkpoint.

Do you get an error message? The whole text of the message would be helpful to see.
Here is a screen shot of the message, this happens when I try to open the project suite.
I would contact Support for help with that one
