Test Complete is crashing after I select created xml checkpoints in the project, and sometimes when running test and the checkpoint.

Here is a screen shot of the message, this happens when I try to open the project suite.
I would contact Support for help with that one
I have sent support many crash reports but have not received a solution yet.
Has support contacted you at all?

I took a look at the cases you have created with support, and some of them were "Auto-closed" due to no response. The last comments I see on the case are from the support team requesting for additional information, including the case regarding msxml4.dll.Is there a possibility that your email is filtering out the responses from the support team?
I will check this.
