Hello, I just want to know what a modal window is and what is the difference with the aother windows.. Thanks

From the "Testing Modal Windows" help topic:
"Modal windows are windows that should be closed or hidden so you can work with the rest of your application." I.e. modal windows are the ones that prevents you from the access to other parts of your application before you close them.
