Mapping of same obj different names in name mapping object

I am recording steps below- Open a file ,select template ,click on zoom in zoom out .Everytime I record clicking zoom in zoom out button it always mapped with different names .PFA. Not only the zoom...

Exactly what MW_Didata has said. Also it's vital to understand how TestComplete name mapping works - you need to identify the objects using property values, which will be used, to instruct TestComplete on how to locate the objects in your tested application.
