Licensing issue on Windows VM

Hi anyone seen this error on a VM? thanks in advance

Thank you for the help. I have a floating license. According to the documentation it is supported.

This sounds like a job for direct support with your sales rep.  

Another possibility could be fire-walling or VIP or something.  Either way, this sounds a bit more technical for the standard user base here on the forums.

      Unfortunately, issues with licensing usually requires the vendor.  Sorry couldn't be further help for you.
