Could be that Fixed User Licenses (if that's what you have) are not supported for virtual machines
(https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/licensing/id-based/cloud-and-virtual-machines.html) Can you confirm that your license is not a floating user license?

This sounds like a job for direct support with your sales rep.
Another possibility could be fire-walling or VIP or something. Either way, this sounds a bit more technical for the standard user base here on the forums.- tempusfugit2 years agoNew Contributor
