Licensing issue on Windows VM

Could be that Fixed User Licenses (if that's what you have) are not supported for virtual machines

This sounds like a job for direct support with your sales rep.
Another possibility could be fire-walling or VIP or something. Either way, this sounds a bit more technical for the standard user base here on the forums.they can't help me.
