License Manager install v10

Do i need to uninstall the previous version of my License Manager (v09.xx) before installing the new License Maanger v10?  I ask because are IT group will doing the installation, i need to instruct th...

    Your steps are correct - to install a new License Manager version, you need to uninstall an already installed version on the computer.

Will uninstall of the License Manager deactivate all licenses that it manages or will the licenses be picked-up with the License Manager installed later or it is better/more safe to deactivate the licenses beforehand on the user portal?
