License for Testcomplete

If I will have two floating licenses and Testcomplete will be installed on two workstations and two VM at the same time. I can only use two instance of TC at the same time, for example: on both physical machine or on physical and VM or on two VM? Am I right?

Yes, you're right. You can install TestComplete on as many machines as you want. However, if you have a license for two instances, it means that you can use only two TestComplete instances at a time, and it doesn't matter on what machines they are running. When you are trying to run more than 2 product instances, the license stops all the impermissible instances, so there are only two TestComplete instances running.
