TestComplete does not need LDAP integration, since it does not require user authentication to be operated. When launched, it gets the user account permissions of the current Windows user.
As for QAComplete, its On-Premise (self-hosted) solution can interact with LDAP servers to perform Active Directory authentication. Read theUnderstanding Active Directory Authentication online help topic or watch the Active Directory Authentication screencast for more information on this feature.
