JIRA Integration : Filling JIRA custom fields

I am testing the trial version of TestComplete v9.30 and we have the following issue :
We need to create a defect report in our JIRA OnDemand v6.0 from TestComplete, but our JIRA administrator has added a required custom field (named TEAM) in the defect report creation form. So we have to fill this field before we can create our report defect.
Is there any way to create and send a custom field value from TestComplete to JIRA. I suppose that we have to add new script to the "Atlassian_JIRA_ReportBug.js" file ?
