Javascript pop-ups no longer referenced in 9.20...

I have a host of tests we use to run a web application on IE9. We developed the tests on TestComplete 9.0, but recently upgraded to 9.2. But since we've done this, the Page.Alert and Page.Confirm javascript dialogues can no longer be found by TestComplete.
Admittedly, I can use the Window("#32770")... to catch the dialogues, but it's hardly an ideal solution.
