TestComplete 12.20 documents that it supports
![]() |
JavaFX ver. 8, 2.2.45, 2.2.25, 2.2.21 and 2.2.7 SDK |
What version of JavaFX are you using?
Something else to try: Run TestComplete as an Administrator and see if that works.

Is there a way to get those versions supported in TestComplete11?

TestComplete 11 also supports JavaFX SDK v. 8, 2.2.45, 2.2.25, 2.2.21 and 2.2.7.
devonhawkins, can you try TestComplete 12? You can download the trial version here. If v12 has the same problem, please open a support ticket.

It works with TestComplete12 but the problem is our company has a license with TesctComplete11, so we are trying to get it to work on here.

Well, I don't know what's supported and not supported in TC 11. It's very possible those versions are supported in TC 11 however, the documentation that is available online is only for TC 12. That's a question for SmartBear folks.
Hey, HKosova... what versions of JavaFX are supported in TC 11?
