Issues found while using Test Complete

We are using your product ‘Test Complete’ and are about to finalize it by end of trial period. We are having some difficulties using it please help us to rectify the issues below;
Scenario;
e.g
Recorded URL --> http://testwebsite/12325/editor
e.g.
Suppose we are filling any contact form and we need to add a document by clicking ‘browse’ button. We want the script to run in such a way that every-time the script runs it should ask us to select the document and after we select it, it should continue with execution of the script.
Also can we use this functionality when have loop in our script…??

Recorded a test case using keyword test, in which we captured a url which consisted of an ID(dynamic) so when we try to replay the recorded script it gives an error as while running it searches for the ID which was recorded earlier.
e.g
Recorded URL --> http://testwebsite/12325/editor
Here in the above URL ‘12325’ is ID(dynamic) which changes every-time randomly in our product, due to which the execution fails.
How can we overcome this issue…??
Also is there any functionality which would allow us to add manual intervention while running the script.
