Issue with KERNELBASE.dll to close

i'm getting below attached issue frequently while doing the execution. please help me to resolve this.

What version of TC are you running? Are you able to upgrade to the latest version?

    Hi mikef ,

     

    Thanks for responding. currenlty i'm using 14.70v. i have tried to update the tool with using Help>Check for Update Option. but it navigated to the smartbear website and there is no such update to install. Please let me know how can i update this?
