Is there a way to parse log file before export?
Is it possible to send the exported file (*.mht files) with only the failed items exposed. Basically prefiltered.

Parsing MHT doesn't seem to be a good idea. I recommend that you export logs to XML, retrieve the needed information from them and send this information. See the "Exported Results Structure" help topic.
