Fields data to compare?

Question

I want to compare fields data including text and radio button which are filled during Submit and Same data must be visible as selected after I reopen that form once it is Submitted.
Is there any checkpoint from which I can do this in the easy way.
Below is the sample form in which I want to compare ratings and remarks which is filled during Submit.
