ios mobile test ㅠㅠ

Hellow. I want to iOS mobile test. 

So I followed smart bear's iOS test steps ( installed home brew. and installed node.js etc using brew command)  

So finally, I started appium on my mac. 

and I connected the iOS device with mac computer. 

and I run TestComplete on Windows computer. 

And I put parameters in TestComplete- show mobile screen window. 

and I failed the connect. 

for test my environment is

mac OS: catalina 10.15.7 

Xcode: 12.4 

iOS: 14.4.1 

and I saw test app and WebdriverAgent created in my iOS devices.

What I missed in process?
