Downloaded TestComplete, and get the following error when I try to run the application:
Invalid access: Can not convert empty value
License Check
The help file was not found.
I have unistalled and reinstalled and still get the same error.

If not, I would create Support case via the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/message/ form.
