Integrating TestComplete into Microsoft Visual Studio

I would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of integrating TestComplete into Microsoft Visual Studio. Our company's products are all built in VB.Net and i was thinking if this would be a good idea. I hope someone can assist me in this.
