Integrating Test Complete with Surround SCM for Source Control

Hi,
All files that exist and are mentioned in the first link (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/integration/scc/files.html) must be stored in the SCM.
TestComplete will report error and will not be able to open the project if just a project file is stored in the SCM.
