Install testexecute and testcomplete in same machine

Is it possible to install test complete and test execute in single machine? What happend both scripts are running.

Actually i want run Projects/Units/Routines of a ProjectSuite Randomly.

So that purpose i want Test Execute tool to run the scripts.

So is it possible to run the scripts using Testexecute in a same machine or want another machine.

I want a replay Urgently.

Please Provide me a solution.
