I got 'Unable to obtain the device by index 0." error when ran Mobile Troubleshooter.

Hi All:

    I got attached screen when I ran Mobile Troubleshooter in TestComplete version 2.30.1651.7 inside of Windows 10 when Mobile Screen did not showing what I attached into computer through USB.

    After following steps that suggested from Mobile Troubleshooter which was:

    1. (Optional) Disconnect all iOS devices from your computer.

    2. Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.

    3. Wait until connection established. You will see the device in iTunes.

    4. Click Continue to proceed.

    I still got same error screen that I attached with this post.

   Did I do something wrong or I missed some components that should be install on computer or mobile device?
