I can ping my license server but TestComplete cannot find it.

I work remotely and use VPN to access my company network. I can ping our license server, but when I try to run TestComplete, it cannot find the server. Any ideas?

Double check your firewall ports.  There's a particular port that the license server is accessed across (it escapes me at the moment).
