Actually, the function iterates through the Items collection of the menu until the needed menu item is clicked. It's possible to say that this is mostly a "programming click". In your case, it can be more effective.


As for the parameters: 


function ClickItem(items, itemStr, level)


items -  you need to pass the MainMenu property of the menu object


itemStr - the path to the target menu item separated by |


level - identifies the depth of the menu where the needed item is being searched for. This value is increased automatically during the test execution.
