how to read specific cell values or write values in CSV file using jscript - testcomplete?

example:

 

i have a value =ilango in my csv file (Column A and row 3). How can I get / read specific value from CSV file using jscript (TestComplete)?

    There's a HowTo article for writing a cell which works as well for reading it:

     

    Write data to MS Excel

     

    Also check out the Excel samples in  C:\Users\Public\Documents\TestComplete 11 Samples\Common\MSOffice\JScript
