How to prevent testcomplete from creating bak files?

Hi there,



Is it possible to prevent testcomplete from creating bak files?

    No, I couldn't make it work.



    I'm talking about .bak files on the project folder, if it is possible to prevent TC from creating them.

    Hi Jose,


     


    It looks like you added the TestComplete project to the SCC manually (using an SCC client) without using the SCC integration feature in the product, right? As far as I remember, some SCC allows setting up an ignore list of files (files on this list will be ignored when you make changes). You can add the "*.bak" record to this list, and your SCC will not offer you to add BAK files anymore.
