To help us investigate the situation, please run the script you found in our Knowledge Base, zip the entire project suite folder along with the test execution logs and send us the archive. Also, please tell me the values of the WndClass and ClrFullClassName properties of the target tooltip. To check the values, you can point to the object using Object Properties Window.
