How to enter Test data using excel when use VBScript in TestComplete?

For example - I want to enter username and password in my application through excel. I am using VBScript in Test Complete. How to make excel communicate with VBScript?

While running sample script of Data Driven Testing provided by Smartbear in Test Complete , getting below error . I am not sure what is this issue as plugin file name tcDDTPlugin.pls is there in <TestComplete>\Bin\Extensions folder.
