how handle Synchorization issue in flex application?

Hi

I am Working on Flex4.5 based application using testcomplete 8.6.how handle Synchorization issue while loading page(navigating one page to other page )  .Some time cursor busy means if any action performed on application  'Clock 'is roaring. how handle Synchronization problem in this Situation.  iam using 'page.wait' method but it's doesn't work. please suggest me which method  solve  this Synchorization issues.
