How do you link work items in TFS using TestComplete? Can create 1 but not link 2.

You'll probably have to write your own link using the TFS API.

 

I have a whole library of add-ons (script extensions) for all the TFS integration required by my tests.

 

I don't do work item linking, but this seems like a reasonable starting point to read up on the REST API TFS gives you these days ....
