Harvesting To Do information

As part of a change management system, I would like to leverage the information provided in the To Do, i.e. copy/export the To Do panel information and import it into change management application.



However, I cannot find a way to copy/export the information, I cannot seem event do a simple copy and paste of the table contents.



Is it possible to copy/export the information from the To Do panel?
