Getting Testcomplete has encountered a problem with ntdll.dll

Getting Testcomplete has encountered a problem with ntdll.dll and need to close while launching the Testcomplete latest trailed version after installed.

  • charanbalagouni​ So to clarity, you are saying that the crash happens consistently while TestComplete starts up? From my experience, some anti-virus software may cause TestComplete to crash. Especially if the crash happens on startup. Try disabling it and see if that helps. If not, please file a support ticket at https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/message/
