Getting mcAfee scan results using TestComplete

Hi,

  Is there a way to read mcafee status bar to get the scan results using testcomplete? If I try to read the status bar I get a message saying "Handle to the window exists but does not respond. Can someone shed some light in getting the scan status message like "nothing found".

      Hi tristaanogre,

        I tried with OCR but it is giving inconsitent results with different OS. Here I need to check with multiple OS flavors and the results are not consistent
