getting error

I am unable to start TestComplete application due to getting error popup about License. But I have already License number

    I assume you are using an ID-Based license and you can trouble shoot, first by validating your internet access to the license server https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/licensing/id-based/index.html mentioned in both sections Requirements and Managing licenses.

    If you still have issues I suggest you contact support.
