Forced Installation of TestComplete Chrome Extension

Hello,

I followed all the steps in this article yet the TestComplete Extension still can't be enabled automatically.  Anyone have success with this?  I don't get any errors from TestComplete.  The TC Extension does exist in Chrome but does not get enabled.  I have to manually go to Settings >> Extensions in Chrome to turn it on but this is not a viable solution when running unattended.

I tried going to the Command window and run this script manually (cscript.exe gpReg.js /r).  I do see an error when I do that as follows:

"Failed to register the TestComplete Chrome extension. Error code: 1."

Perhaps this script needs to be updated for TestComplete 11.3?
