Firefox is running FlashPlayer in out of process mode

Question

Hello,I have a number of keyword tests of a flex application that I run in IE. I would like to create some using Firefox ver. 16.0.2. I have gone through the preparations listed for Firefox, including modifying the settings in the about:config page, but as soon as I start recording the test, I get a warning that Firefox is running FlashPlayer in out of process mode. I feel like I'm missing something simple. Any ideas?Thanks,Brad

Flash plugins in firefox ALWAYS run out of process, in the plugin-container.exe process. I don't believe Flash has run in-process on firefox in years.

Ah but apparently it is possible, although a very bad idea on anything other than a test machine:

Set dom.ipc.plugins.enabled to False in about:config.
