StaffI worked an issue once where code folding (outlining) was being affected by the presence of line continuation backslashes in string literals. Perhaps there is a similar issue for you.
If the problem is consistent (that is, it always happens) then it should be easy to whittle away code and script units to see what may be causing the problem.
