Extension not working in Chrome Version 42.0.2311.90

Tried to run some tests in Chrome this morning and it didn't work.  The extension seems to be blocked regardless of the fact that it is enabled in the extension listing.  Did some research and it app...

    I contacted support and this is what they sent me:

     

    1) In Chrome navigate to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

    2) Enable NPAPI
