Exporting test results to a console

I'm mostly interested in Performance Counters, i.e. memory, handles, etc... But I would also like to be able to export other things, for example failed results.  Another question (I might make a new post for it), how do I export my results say into a nice readable format (.pdf would be nice, but anything parsable such as .xml will do), and then email the results to myself after test execution, automatically of course? Could someone provide a working example for me? Thanks in advance.
