Hello Tom,
To help us investigate the problem, could you please use the Contact Support web form to send your project suite along with the code that runs TestComplete from the command line to our Support Team?
Thank you. - Tom_EOccasional ContributorWe determined that we were getting a timeout error while we were writing results to a network location outside of TestComplete. Our conclusion is that a process that takes 45 seconds and takes 30 seconds to output results with a 1 minute timeout will show good results, but the return code will be bad. Our solution was to increase the timeout to more than cover the time required to write the results. If there is a hole in this we would like to know.

Hello Tom,
It is still difficult to give you some proper advice without knowing your project's specifics. Could you please specify how exactly you write test results to a network folder, and how you specify the timeout for that operation? Do you use TestComplete's functionality to accomplish these tasks?
Thank you. - Tom_EOccasional ContributorHi Julia,
We wound up submitting a Help Desk ticket. We were using the internal TC timeout.
Thanks,
