Error when accessing license management site on Chrome

this morning I, and another colleague, are receiving this error when we attempt to open https://manage.smartbear.com/ using Chrome. if we open it with Edge it prompts for our creds and comes up norma...

    Have you tried clearing the Cache and Browsing Data?

Happened a few times for me in the past. Top right icon should still give you the option to log out. Do that and log back in. This brought my licenses back after doing those steps.
