Error message when closing TestComplete

Hi



I get this error message every time I close TestComplet:

RunDLL

There was a problem starting D:\Program

The specified module could not be found.



My system is:

Windows server 2012.

TC 10.0



And I have installed TestComplete under D:\Program Files (x86)

instead of C\Program Files (x86)



Does anybody know what this means?

    Hi Bjorn,


     


    I've heard that this issue may be related to some settings in the registry. Please check whether the KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\ NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation is set to 1 on your computer. Is it possible to change these secure settings?


     


    Besides, a similar issue was discussed here. You can try following the suggestions given there.

    It was set to 2(hexadecimal). I set it back to 1, and it's still showing the error. Hmm.
