Error code Hasp Error get_info , 37

Hello , when i tried to install the TestComplete in another computer , i had this code error.
Hasp code get_info 37

I'm trying install the same licence that i had been already uninstall from other machine before. It is the seconde twice that i chance of machine

The erros appers after i put the license key and click on next button.

Someone have an ideia what's happening ?

    Hi Ruhan,


     


    Please follow the steps below to avoid getting this error:


    1. On the computer where you are trying to activate the license, open the following page:



    2. Disable the Allow Access to Remote Licenses option.


    3. Click the Submit button and wait for 2-3 minutes.


     


    Try to activate the license again. Does this help?
