Please follow the steps below to avoid getting this error:
1. On the computer where you are trying to activate the license, open the following page:
2. Disable the Allow Access to Remote Licenses option.
3. Click the Submit button and wait for 2-3 minutes.
Try to activate the license again. Does this help?
