Hi Shanmugavel,
Most likely, the .exe file was corrupted by a virus or you have problems with your hard disk. So, I recommend that you follow the instructions below:
1. Compare the TestExecute.exe file that launches the program with the .exe file that you downloaded along with the installation package byte-by-byte.
2. If the files are different, the reason of the problem is in your machine. As a possible solution, try re-installing the application.
