Duplicate objects identified

Hello, Having implented Flash injector, at times duplicate objects (particullarly when object browser is refreshed) are seen as shown in the attached snap shot. Is this a known behaviour...

Hi Stanley,

The same uniqueID value means that TestComplete's behavior is actually incorrect. I guess, your issue with the ObjectSpy may be related to this problem. However, we need to analyze your application. If we reproduce the behavior, we would be able to fix the problem.


According to your snapshot, you are using TestComplete 8, right? Could you please install a TestComplete 9 trial version and check whether the problem occurs in it?


Is it possible to construct FullName with different properties



No, you cannot customize it. Use the NameMapping feature to specify the custom set of identification properties for your objects.


Please let me know whether the problem with duplicating objects occurs in TestComplete 9.
