Does Windows XP supports TestComplete License manager?

TestComplete itself only has certain Windows versions it will run on.  See https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/system-requirements.html#supported-windows-versions

 

I'm guessing that the license manager probably has the same list.
