Test Management for JIRA (TM4J) support request

Hi,
with a SmartBear acquisition of TM4J what is the best place to create a support request for this tool. I can't find a TM4J on the main support page
Also, I would like to know if there is somewhere a status page for TM4J (cloud based solution).
